Cancellation Policy

At Roadmap Tarot, I am committed to helping you achieve clarity, empowerment, and lasting personal transformation. To ensure that you are fully satisfied with the Tarot Coaching Package, the following booking policy applies: Booking and Payment Full payment for the Coaching Package is required at the time of booking to secure your sessions. Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation with the schedule for your five sessions, along with a link to reschedule if needed. Cancellation and Rescheduling You may reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a missed session unless in the case of an emergency. If you need to cancel your package entirely, please contact me directly. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if, after your second session, you feel that this coaching package does not resonate with you or is not the right fit for your needs. To request a refund, simply contact me within 14 days of your first session to initiate the process. I will issue a full refund for any unused sessions, no questions asked. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, and the remaining sessions will be scheduled as planned. No-Show Policy If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered a completed session and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
